"Meet & Greet"
We require a short consultation in your home or over the phone before we begin caring for your pet. This allows us to acquire your contact, veterinarian, and emergency information.

Payment
Cash, personal checks and credit cards (Paypal) are all accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel appointments by 5pm the day before, if not earlier. If an appointment is cancelled after 5pm for the next day or cancelled the morning of the appointment, we will ask that you still pay for it.
